What does it cost?

I charge $170 for a 53 minute individual session, and $250 for a 90 minute individual session. I charge $200 for a 53 minute couples session, and $295 for a 90 minute couples session. I do maintain sliding scale slots as well, in an effort to make therapy more accessible for those without insurance and who cannot afford my full rates; however, they are limited and may have a longer waitlist.

Payment is due at the time of session. I currently accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

Do I take insurance?

I accept First Choice Health, Lifewise, and Premera. You will have to verify with your provider that services will be covered. Other networks, contact your insurance to see if they are willing to reimburse you at all for an out of network provider, and I will be happy to provide you with an invoice to present to them.

Please note, I do not bill insurance for couples therapy.

Cancellation Policy

I require twenty four hour’s notice of cancellations, or you will be expected to pay the full amount for your scheduled session.
